We believe in teamwork, fun, complex projects, and simple solutions. How about you? We’re looking for a likeminded, Freelance Senior Product Designer - Arabic & English proficient - who can help us on a Saudi project and can join by June end (based out of Jeddah or Riyadh).

Would you like to:

• Explore and discover the right problem to solve and find the best solution to build.
• Solve complex problems and design and prototype systems/interfaces across mobile, desktop, web, embedded devices, and more.
• Help conduct user research to identify key insights and opportunity spaces, transforming these into powerful concepts and designs for implementation.
• Create elegant wireframes, storyboards, user flows, design prototypes, and UI specifications that not only impress and inform but are also scalable.
• Effectively bridge design and development through your understanding of front-end development.
• Help create user typologies, user journey maps, usability tests, and other user research methodologies.
• Collaborate and challenge Product Managers, Developers and other Product Designers in defining the best product strategy.
• Help improve our design system and spread best practices.
• Present your work in an engaging, clear, thoughtful manner. 

We would like you to be:

• Someone with a strong UX voice: be able to scope, plan, challenge and lead design activities from initial requirements to concept, design and development to final delivery
• A skilled design leader with at least +8 years’ experience on digital product design, capable to set a UX direction, and a hands-on approach to design and delivery of (mostly) digital experiences.
• Comfortable designing and carrying out user research and testing
• Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is eager to translate their ideas into concrete and innovative business
• Easily oriented within the structures and hierarchy of big organisations and accustomed to stakeholder management
• A strategic design thinker and doer, able to work in complex business environments, leading mixed teams of colleagues and clients, while providing inspiration and direction
• A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive –­ and the guts – to bring them to life
• Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together
• Fluent in Arabic & English – other languages are a bonus!
• Someone having permit to work as freelancer from Saudi is must to have !
