We are on an amazing journey to influence next-level banking. As a corporate innovation hub, we benefit from the financial backing of one of the biggest banks in Germany — but we like to do things a little differently around here.

As a Senior Product Designer you will own the design of our bank's website and define its visual language, with a focus on creating impactful and cohesive digital experiences. You'll work on re-imagining our website and enhancing our corporate identity, driving design initiatives from discovery and ideation to final delivery. Your work will help shape our brand and promote our banking products that are already used by millions of customers. Your goal is to align design strategy and contribute to the growth of our banking products through a collaborative and iterative approach. You will ensure that our design remains user-centric and effective, supporting experimentation and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

{ your_responsibilities: [

• You play a fundamental role in aligning different stakeholders from various departments in the bank to condense their needs into a coherent experience.
• You have a strong impact on the website's visual identity and branding.
• You re-design our website with a focus on user experience, accessibility, experimentation, and optimization through A/B and multivariate testing.
• You contribute to the development and refinement of our corporate identity and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• You collaborate closely with product owners, developers, researchers, and stakeholders in an agile environment to achieve shared goals.
• You foster strong collaboration and trust between design and engineering to deliver the best possible results.
• You promote an environment of learning, experimentation, and open feedback, with a focus on continuous improvement.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in visual or brand design, ideally with experience in designing websites or sales focused landing pages and defining corporate identities.
• You have an impressive portfolio showcasing your passion for web-design, problem-solving skills, and a strong aesthetic sense.
• You have a strong background in UX/UI design with the ability to create cohesive and user-focused designs, ensuring a seamless experience across devices.
• You have strong experience with experimentation to drive measurable impact.
• You are fluent in German and English.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders and team members.
• Bonus: You have experience designing for financial products, e-commerce or other complex interfaces.
• Bonus: You have knowledge in understanding sales funnels and translating data analytics into actionable products and designs.
