About the team:
The People Tech team is a passionate team responsible for the internal tools every Grabber uses to learn and grow. Our team is made up of cross-functional team members across product, engineering, and business. We are looking for experienced individuals who are user-centric, data-driven, able to think holistically and creatively, communicate well, and are great team players. We like creative hustlers, people who can think outside the box, influence, and get stuff done even if it seems impossible.
Job Description
As a Senior Product Designer in People Tech you will advance Product Design quality and practice and work across multiple strategic initiatives to help Grabbers learn and grow. You will work in a highly collaborative fashion, exploring the needs of our users and creating impactful solutions for the business.

What you'll do:

Leading product design outcomes, effectively managing multiple projects in your problem space team, and engaging in problem-solving with the team and stakeholders

Ensuring alignment of stakeholders in designing the right experiences that balance business goals and user-centric design

Communicating rationales, processes, and standards compellingly and engagingly to stakeholders

Owning the discovery and delivery of solutions within the problem space team

Applying design-thinking frameworks and user-centered principles to guide problem space exploration

Designing impactful product experiences and features, and creating end-to-end flows for complex user experiences

Contributing to the design system by documenting new components and enhancements to existing components

Leveraging prototyping to refine and deliver seamless, delightful user experiences
Qualifications
-
Provide a portfolio of your recent design work in English, showcasing your contribution and the impact of your projects. We recommend you provide clear context, outline your end-to-end workflow, and demonstrate how you go from problem discovery to launch.

Minimum of 4+ years of direct experience in product design.

Excellent understanding of user experience design for the web, mobile, or touch devices with working knowledge of common mobile/web and front-end web development.

Good eye for visual design and hands-on experience in user interface design. Your work is consistent and high-quality (e.g., intuitive, solves the problem, pixel-perfect) and incorporates best practices. Your team trusts your work.

Ability to define problems, design, validate, and deliver user experiences that solve complex issues, generating positive feedback.

Experience collaborating across team boundaries with diverse teams in a dynamic and rapidly changing business-minded environment.

Experience in service design, conducting user research through various methods, and the ability to translate research findings into tangible product feature requirements or improvements is a plus.

Experience with current and relevant design tools like Figma and ProtoPie, among others, with the ability to prototype and demonstrate design concepts to extended stakeholders.
