As a Senior Product Designer (f/m/d) in one of our cross-functional teams, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to solve complex product challenges and create intuitive, scalable solutions.
Your Responsibilities:

Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to communicate design ideas effectively.

Plan and conduct research initiatives, test your designs, and leverage insights to inform day-to-day design and product decisions.

Collaborate with the Product Design team to define the next generation of SIV products, integrating advanced process automation.

Contribute to the SIV design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all applications.

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
-
A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered and intuitive design solutions.

Expertise in Figma for design, prototyping and managing design system.

Hands-on experience in planning and conducting user research and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize user experiences.
-
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English (German is a plus).
