We are seeking a creative and talented Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the evolution of our digital products. In this role, you will partner closely with our Growth Product and Engineering teams to create delightful user experiences and build best-in-class purchase paths to foster brand awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty.
The ideal candidate has a knack for creating intuitive, scalable, and functional product designs, and balances meticulous attention to detail with an understanding of the big picture. You’re a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. You are well-versed in Figma and are excited about bringing your designs to life in low-code tools like Replo.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Conceptualize usable, valuable, consistent and intuitive user experiences across platforms and devices by considering market and competitive trends, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings
- Utilize your proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) to create visually appealing and user-friendly interface designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth Product, Engineering, and Leadership, to define and execute design strategies
- Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and define user personas to inform design decisions
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts
- Create high-fidelity mockups and design systems that facilitate efficient implementation by the development team
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions for continuous improvement
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed design decisions and optimize product features
- Produce comprehensive design documentation, including design specifications and style guides, to ensure design consistency and seamless collaboration with development teams
We're Excited About Your
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce design projects
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma (experience in Replo is a plus, but not required)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design approaches
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and frontend development concepts is a plus
