As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Community and Consumer Banking, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring stable and scalable product delivery. Your role will involve working with the team developing Natural Language based Universal Search capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, building key relationships, and continuously enabling the product to deliver value.
Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Manager, key stake holders across technology, design & analytics to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources.
  • Prioritize, Manage and refine product backlog initiatives to drive value in accordance with the overall strategy and priorities.
  • Partner with other product managers to perform sprint planning and prioritization by defining requirements (using tools like JIRA), detailed acceptance criteria; participating in phasing decisions, go-to-market strategy, analyzing post launch metrics and continuous iteration to ideate on features based on data, etc.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.
  • Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle.
  • Strong customer focus, with an innovative mindset and the ability to understand & articulate customer problems and solve for them.
  • Strong oral & written communication skills with an expertise in business case and requirements writing.
  • Data driven approach - the ability to derive insights and product decisions-based on analytics.
  • Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a fast-paced environment.
  • BE or B. tech in applicable field of study.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience with NLP / Conversational AI a plus
