We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage data-informed decision-making to shape our product offerings and maximize user engagement. You will transform complex data into actionable insights and work collaboratively across departments to enhance product performance and strategy. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for analytics, trend identification, and strategic influence.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Analyze product metrics, user behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Reporting & Visualization: Create detailed reports and dashboards using tools like Looker and Power BI to communicate insights effectively.

• Strategic Insight: Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and marketing to influence product roadmaps and strategic decisions.

• Experimentation: Design and analyze A/B tests to assess new features, providing recommendations based on results.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on analytics best practices and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Key Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and statistical modeling.

• Visualization Proficiency: Strong skills in creating impactful visualizations.

• Effective Communication: Ability to present complex data clearly to various audiences.

• Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong analytical and solution-focused mindset.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in product analytics, ideally in a leadership or advanced role.

• Proven track record of using data to drive product and business outcomes.
