Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to improve our analytical efforts and provide insights for our product org. This is an exciting and essential role supporting the growth of the business across a portfolio of exciting products. The successful candidate will bring a blend of technical strength, business acumen, sharp communication, and the ability to operate in a very fast-moving environment to deliver value quickly. You’ll be working with a strong international team based across Europe and Africa, so the ability to collaborate across physical and cultural boundaries will be very important. For the right person, this role represents a huge opportunity to shape the data capabilities of a fast-growing, digital-native business, and catapult your career to the next level. This is an onsite role based in either Madrid or Malta.
What you will be doing:
- Transforming user engagement (GA4) and transactional (SQL, Python) data into actionable insights that drive user-centric decisions and optimize product features.
- Standardizing and maintaining best practices for event tracking and A/B testing frameworks, ensuring data quality and accuracy across teams.
- Turning data into impactful stories with visual aids and dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio).
- Working closely with the domain leadership to plan, coordinate and deliver customer impact analysis that will lead your domain’s priortization process.
- Empowering teams to adopt a data-driven approach by providing the knowledge and tools needed to understand metrics, data sources and governance practices.
