Job Description:
- Sr Procurement Specialist Category Management and Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of the procurement function, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Understand and anticipate business partners' needs to define clear and specific requirements for hardware, software, professional services, and marketing-related procurement.
- Drive the end-to-end sourcing process, including supplier selection, RFP/bid review, negotiation, contract execution, invoice management, and issue resolution.
- Conduct market analysis to identify and establish a strong panel of suppliers across procurement areas, ensuring a competitive and strategic supplier base.
- Negotiate and manage purchase contracts to maintain cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery while staying within budget.
- Collaborate with Legal and suppliers to establish favorable contractual terms, leveraging best practices to minimize risk and optimize commercial advantages.
- Identify and implement cost-reduction strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and savings.
- Develop and refine procurement standards and policies to ensure transparency, fairness, and operational excellence.
- Ensure 100% compliance with procurement policies, industry regulations, and corporate governance frameworks.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in supply chain or a related field and professional certification is a plus
- 5-7+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in global procurement, strategic sourcing, and Operations, involving Tier 1 suppliers.
- Strong understanding of procurement strategies, category management, and operational efficiencies of categories.
- Knowledge of IT/digital technologies, supplier landscape, and procurement policies/processes.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to drive cost-effective and high-value agreements.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills across global teams and supplier networks.
- Ability to align procurement strategies with business goals to drive value creation and operational success.
