We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager that will have a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing RV’s procurement strategy and processes. This position entails leading Red Ventures’ procurement team, including spearheading strategic sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing a team of procurement professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all procurement functions, ensuring alignment with Red Ventures’ business strategy
  • Oversee the contract lifecycle, including renewals of existing contracts and onboarding for vendors/suppliers into RV’s procurement process
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including legal, accounting, and compliance to ensure procurement processes are efficient, transparent and effective
  • Partner with tech and business leaders to ensure costs are appropriately allocated
  • Identify opportunities for consolidation and cost savings by analyzing company-wide spending patterns
  • Implement procurement strategies to ensure compliance standards are met and maximize value for the organization’s investments
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, efficiency, and innovation

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in Procurement
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with experience in senior roles and managing direct reports.
  • Experience with strategic sourcing, including managing large SaaS and/or technology relationships and contracts and high-stakes negotiations 
  • Strong analytical capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze spending trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player who can demonstrate ability to work in a cross functional environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in procurement software and systems

Compensation

  • Cash Compensation Range: $110,000 - $160,000*
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
