The Procurement Manager is responsible for optimizing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies.   • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and resolve any disputes or performance issues effectively.
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and industry developments to inform purchasing strategies.
  • Streamline and improve procurement workflows, systems, and policies.
  • Assess and mitigate risks in the supply chain, ensuring business continuity.
  • Analyze procurement data to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.


Skills and Experience:

  • 3-7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel)
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus but not required

The Base Salary range for the role is included below. Base salary is only one component of total compensation; all full-time, permanent positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including paid leave and insurance.
