Senior Prozess Improvement Analyst (m/f/ d)
Position Summary:
The Senior Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for identifying inefficient processes & improvement opportunities, then leading the development, implementation, and monitoring of improvement solutions. The position will work to maintain consistency in digital solutions, and ensure processes encompass all requirements of the business (i.e. accounting, legal, operations, etc.). The Senior Process Improvement Analyst supports sales team objectives by utilizing Lean tools/principles with other skillsets to foster team engagement and the growth of our improvement culture.
Tasks:
- Propose improvement opportunities and implement process improvements, creating application workflows and automations Establishment and maintenance of processes to ensure data quality and integrity within the systems.
- Lead kaizen workshops and manage initiatives to successful conclusions.
- Research and propose new tools/solutions to foster additional process improvements
- Create detailed process flows and decision trees
- Create work instructions and training materials
Team:
This role will be a part of international CRM integration team
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree
- Greenbelt or other Lean certification by an industry recognized organization
- High self-motivation; ability to work independently on multiple projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with others
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to execute without supervision
- A team player, ability to work well with others across several teams.
- Experience leading project teams and Kaizen workshops
- Business English fluent
- Travel 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced experience with MS Excel, experience using ERP systems, and demonstrated ability to work/configure within other software applications
