We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior PR Account Executive or PR Account Manager to join the Australian team in Sydney at our fantastic offices in Pyrmont. You'll be eager to join a team of talented consultants working with global brands and organisations changing the tech landscape. Whilst we work hard, we love what we do and we get to do it in a business that genuinely puts its people first, championing a thoughtful work environment.
Your main priority will be to anchor your teams and ensure your clients are supported - always. You’ll ensure everything happens when it’s meant to and that your team consistently achieves amazing results. You’ll be involved in developing and executing integrated PR communications campaigns for a wide variety of clients. You will also help the Hotwire team champion the great work they do and have many opportunities to access the fantastic learning and development programs on offer.
Our ideal candidate needs to:
- Have experience in a PR & communications agency, or similar agency environment
- Be eager to work in a fast-paced role
- Manage multi-channel campaigns
- Have exceptional written skills
- Be proactive and a creative thinker
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Have skills to manage both upwards and downwards
- Have ambition to behave famously within the industry to boost your profile and that of the business
- Be hungry to learn and always looking to improve on performance
- Be organised, with extremely strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
- Be a true team player
- Successfully build rapport and relationships with team members, clients and journalists
- Have experience in working with the media and established relationships with media that matter
- Have completed a degree in communications or equivalent tertiary qualifications
