Job Description Summary

  • The Project Manager for the Digital Healthcare Business Unit will be responsible for leading its product development teams as well as cross-functional engineering teams in developing new Healthcare products. As project manager, they will be responsible for planning, execution, to delivery of these new products to market in scope, on schedule, and within budget targets.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development of Digital Healthcare products until release to market.
  • Develop a complete project management plan and optimize development efficiency.
  • Identify risks to the project execution and work with the project team to identify solutions to issues encountered.
  • Ensure that project team members are aware of key milestone commitments and all critical information and changes relating to the project through project team meetings and other communication channels.
  • Track and communicate project execution to stakeholders.
  • Help to develop improved and more efficient methods of project execution and knowledge management.
  • Mentor project leaders and aspiring project managers who require training and guidance on fundamentals of project management.
  • Advocate Project Management within ADI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • With 3-5 years of work experience in the Semiconductor/Electronics Industry with exposure & knowledge on new product development processes.
  • Typically have 3-5 years progressive work experience in leading successful projects and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Certification in project management is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication & listening skills in both oral and written at any level of the organization.
  • Able to establish effective working relationships with various levels in the organization and has the influence to drive team players to action and commitment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, project management software and other productivity tools is an advantage.
  • Above average large-group presentation skills is an advantage
  • High potential leader with planning skills, sound judgment and ability to work extended hours as needed to support critical deliverables
  • Has the capability to organize complex details/data and be able to present those in a simplified form for enhanced comprehension especially for management level
  • Project management methodology/relevant trainings are key advantages especially on new trends and tools
