This initiative is reshaping our financial technology, processes, policies, and ways of working by implementing a standardized, cutting-edge finance platform powered by SAP S/4HANA. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Platform SME, you will act as a product owner responsible for defining, developing, and optimizing financial reporting products. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders, end-users, and cross-functional teams to bridge business needs with technology solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

User Engagement & Adoption:

  • Track user adoption and analyze usage behavior

  • Gather and address user feedback to enhance satisfaction

  • Facilitate training sessions and learning initiatives

Requirement Management & Solution Design:

  • Conduct business needs analysis and impact assessments

  • Define and prioritize requirements with stakeholders

  • Translate business needs into clear product features

  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to drive technical solutions

Execution & Delivery:

  • Work with scrum teams to ensure on-time product delivery

  • Lead the testing process (test case creation, execution, defect resolution)

  • Support users during go-live events with training and issue resolution

Process Improvement & Change Management:

  • Act as a change agent, driving adoption of best practices

  • Promote process efficiency through automation and standardization

  • Continuously reflect and improve on past implementations

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven professional with strong financial, analytical, and product management expertise.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • 10+ years experience in data reporting & analytics

  • 5+ years experience in product management or large-scale system implementation projects

  • Hands-on experience with SAP BW, S/4HANA, or BW4HANA

  • Proficiency in at least one reporting & visualization tool (e.g., SAC, Power BI)

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:

  • Experience in data/BI software engineering or MS PowerApps

  • Process excellence background (Lean, Six Sigma)

  • Shipping, logistics, or transportation industry experience

  • Core Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written & verbal communication (English)

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to change

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills

  • Passion for driving digital transformation and continuous improvement
