In this position, you will be working independently or under little supervision and leading Supply Chain activities for assigned product portfolios to optimize inventory, minimize cost, and set and achieve customer service goals. This includes forecasting, capacity planning, execution oversight, and monitoring and reporting in support of the European Medical Devices Regulation (MDR) requirements. Provide input for SIOP/S&OE process for a given business segment to align market and financial requirements with manufacturing capabilities.

What will you be doing?
- Develop an accurate and timely master production schedule and lead the presentation of the weekly and monthly plan using the Rapid Response and ERP system to the production planning team to improve customer service, reduce the business BO, and keep the global inventories in the approved levels.
- Leads any meeting with key departments such as Demand Planning, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, and Product Development, to present the most recent business supply plan looking for alternatives and alignment to improve it.
- Provide oversight of manufacturing, inventory deployment, and distribution to ensure customer service. Serve as primary contact with manufacturing for planning issues.
- Performs root cause analysis for any service shortfalls and develops and communicates corrective actions. Complete sophisticated spreadsheet analysis during issue resolution or scenario planning and develop risk analysis and offer recommendations to management.
- In support of the MDR initiative, will develop and maintain the master production schedule by combining the sales forecast, network plan, new product launches, backlog, capacity availability and lead time. Accommodates production schedule requirements generated by regulatory requirements and/or batch characteristics (Country of Origin, Manufacturing Site, Date of Manufacture, etc.). Handle product phase-outs such that obsolete inventory is minimized.
- Prepare and present Executive Level presentations as required. As part of the S&OP/S&OE process, leads supply meetings to ensure schedule adherence, service levels, and inventory targets are met. Communicates risks, elevates issues, and recommends solutions that require management involvement.
- Ensures data integrity in planning systems by identifying and leading efforts to keep all information updated by responsible areas when needed, such us lead times, production capacities, etc.
- Ensure personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures for Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance.
What will you need to be successful?
- Education: BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field. An advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- APICS/ Six Sigma is a benefit.
- Experience: Demonstrated ability of more than 4 years in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Buying / Planning, and Procurement, including experience with Supply Collaboration platforms Kinaxis/SAP
- Languages: Advanced English Skills.
- Competencies: Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills.
