Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior People Operations Specialist to support our fast-growing organization in the EMEA region. This role will focus on optimizing and managing HR operations, processes, and programs in line with Foxit’s goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

Manage and improve end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and compliance within EMEA.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across EMEA countries.

Maintain and optimize the use of HRIS tools, including HiBob.

Develop, implement, and refine HR policies and procedures to support business needs and ensure consistency within the EMEA region.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace issues within EMEA.

Investigate and resolve employee concerns and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations while maintaining a positive employee experience.

Business Partnering:

Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support.

Offer guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.

Support leadership development by identifying and implementing training and coaching programs.

Partner with business units to align HR strategies with company objectives and drive key business outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

Oversee and manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals in EMEA.

Partner with external vendors to manage benefit programs and ensure effective administration.

Conduct regular benchmarking to maintain market competitiveness across EMEA.

HR Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure the organization’s HR practices comply with labor laws and global standards within the EMEA region.

Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation in line with GDPR requirements.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Employee Engagement and Development:

Support and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction across EMEA.

Collaborate with leaders to identify and implement employee development programs.

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with Foxit’s values.


Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in HR operations or related roles, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.

Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and compliance requirements within EMEA.

Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results.


Preferred Qualifications:

Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).

Experience working in a global organization.

Familiarity with the technology industry.
