The opportunity.
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our team in Malaga. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the employee experience at Quantexa. You’ll be at the heart of our People Operations function, working closely with our global People team and key stakeholders, helping to drive seamless processes, ensuring compliance, and creating a first-class experience for our employees from their first day and beyond.

What you’ll be doing.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a first-class experience from day one and throughout their lifecycle.
- Own and manage feedback gathering and data analysis to drive continuous improvement in employee lifecycle processes.
- Manage offboarding procedures, conduct exit interviews, and provide actionable insights for ongoing enhancements.
Data Management:
- Maintain and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and generating regular reports to enhance HR processes.
- Oversee the production and secure storage of employee-related documentation, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Compliance:
- Develop and implement People policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local employment laws and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Keep policies up-to-date to maintain full compliance.
Payroll & Benefits:
- Administer employee benefits, providing clear communication to the team and resolving any queries efficiently.
- Partner with Finance to support payroll, ensuring data accuracy and timely resolution of payroll-related issues.
Employee Communications:
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees, providing support and resolving people-related queries effectively.
Culture & Engagement:
- Support in-office and hybrid team activities to promote an inclusive, engaging, and collaborative culture.
What you’ll bring.
- Extensive People Operations Experience: A proven track record in people operations or HR, with strong knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, data management, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Proactive Problem Solver: You thrive on thinking outside the box and creating innovative, value-driven solutions to meet both employee and business needs.
- Strong Relationship-Building Skills: You are a trusted advisor to leadership and employees alike, fostering open communication and collaborative partnerships.
- Detail-Oriented and Organised: You have a meticulous eye for detail and ensure processes and data are managed with precision.
- Language Fluency: Fluent in English and Spanish, with additional knowledge of French or Italian considered an advantage.
- Local Knowledge: Based in Malaga, with the ability to be in the office three days a week to support a hybrid workforce and drive culture and engagement.
