The Role:

Digible, Inc. is looking for a Sr. People Development and Learning Specialist to join our team!

The Employee Experience department supports all aspects of the Digible experience, from recruiting to training and office management, EX is there! The Sr. People Development & Learning Specialist will join the team to increase efficacy and efficiency of our training program!

We’re seeking a passionate Sr. People Development & Learning Specialist to join our Employee Experience team. This role will be pivotal in driving Digible’s learning culture, supporting onboarding, ongoing training, and professional development for all departments.

What you’ll do:

  • Onboarding and Orientation
    • Lead the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into Digible’s culture, systems, and processes.
    • Design and deliver onboarding materials to equip employees with the knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Oversight
    • Manage and optimize the company’s LMS, ensuring training modules are updated, engaging, and aligned with business goals.
    • Track and report employee progress and training completion.
  • Ongoing Training and Development
    • Partner with department leaders to assess training needs and design tailored learning plans.
    • Facilitate upskilling sessions for the Agency teams, partnering with the CS trainer for impactful training sessions, with the intention to decrease error rates across all teams
    • Develop training programs for all departments, emphasizing agency products, services, and best practices.
  • Revenue and Performance Impact
    • Align training programs with the company’s revenue goals by improving client outcomes through better service and strategy training.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in delivering agency-wide best practices.
  • Culture and Growth
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting professional development opportunities.
    • Identify and recommend external resources, certifications, and workshops for employee skill enhancement.

How success will be measured:

  • Employee Engagement and Growth: Increased participation and satisfaction rates in training programs, with measurable improvement in employee skill development and career progression.
  • Training Impact on Revenue: Demonstrated alignment of training initiatives with revenue goals, including improved client outcomes and expanded growth opportunities driven by the Client Services team.
  • Operational Efficiency and Consistency: Enhanced adoption of agency best practices across departments, resulting in streamlined workflows, higher-quality deliverables, and greater consistency in service delivery.

You should have:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in managing LMS platforms and creating engaging training materials.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or with agency products and services.
  • Proven ability to design and implement training programs that drive revenue and performance outcomes.
  • Certification in instructional design or relevant learning methodologies is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Pay, perks, and more:

  • Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000
  • 4-Day Work Week (32 Hour Work Week)
  • 1 Day / Week Remote on a hybrid schedule
