The People Business Partner plays a critical role as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement. Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design. 
  • Business Alignment: Ensure HR initiatives are closely aligned with business goals to drive sustainable growth and enhance team performance. 
  • Change Leadership: Lead organizational transformation efforts, supporting leaders in change management, cultural evolution, and structural shifts. 
  • Talent Development: Identify skill gaps, develop learning programs, and drive initiatives that enhance leadership and technical capabilities. 
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Analyze engagement data, implement action plans, and foster an environment that attracts and retains top talent. 
  • Global HR Execution: Own the HR impact for the organization, collaborating with regional HR leads to ensure seamless HR execution. 
  • People Analytics: Provide data-driven insights to leadership, enabling informed decision-making around talent and organizational dynamics. 

Knowledge, experience and capabilities. 

  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of People programs and strategies  (organization design, culture initiatives, training & development, talent attraction & retention, compensation & benefits).  
  • Experience with international Mergers & Acquisitions, divestitures and integrations beneficial   
  • Experience of coaching principles and processes and their application within a corporate environment  
  • Experienced in attraction, selection and assessment of talent  
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years hands-on HR business partnering experience within a global technology company required  
  • Capability to assess data/analytics and translate it into business insights and actions at a global organizational level  
  • History of innovative and creative thinking that translated into proven business results   
  • Experienced in driving global cultural projects and talent initiatives across different demographic groups   
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams. 
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results.
