We’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner who is passionate about driving the alignment of People (HR) and business strategies, being a trusted advisor to leaders and having the ability to create positive relationships with Duders (employees) throughout the organization. They will partner with Duda’s Commercial business leaders, including the CRO, VPs, Directors, and Managers, to advise, strategize, and help drive all things People related, including talent development, coaching, performance management, organizational design, and Duder relations.
Reporting to our Global VP of People and Talent, the ideal candidate has strong business acumen and the ability to translate company and commercial strategies and goals into practical and actionable plans to drive an engaged and high-performing culture. They are strong communicators, detail-oriented, and highly motivated. They are self-starters who are always looking for ways to improve. They are independent, resourceful, trustworthy, and reliable.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop HR strategy, solutions and strategic workforce plans to enable the business and functional strategy and objectives
- Drive organizational effectiveness through talent and organizational capabilities and culture
- Develop robust talent management plans and drive culture change initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage strong and diverse talent.
- Coach leaders at various levels on complex leadership and talent opportunities including development, engagement, and performance management which could have the potential to create a competitive advantage for the business
- Build credibility and trust among Duders and leaders. Resolve concerns through compassion, a systematic approach, clear communication and timely follow-through that aligns with Duda’s Values.
- Partner with the broader People team to ensure high quality implementation of critical operating rhythms such as performance management, compensation and succession planning, leveraging resources as appropriate.
- Partner with business leaders to implement the most effective and optimized organizational structures, with an eye for longer-term growth and stability.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of professional experience as a HRBP
- Deep understanding of HR programs including performance management and leadership development.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of complex strategic discussions.
- Knowledge and experience in technology businesses including a familiarity with global HR practices and policies, experience working with Israel and Latin America teams a plus.
- Analytically driven; you utilize qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem solving and root cause analysis.
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) up and down the organization, from individuals and department leads to C-Suite

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package, including base salary, health benefits and equity. We ensure equal pay for equal work and value diversity and belonging. While compensation offers will ultimately be based on the candidate’s skills and experiences, the range you can expect for this position is $115,000 to $140,000.
Please note: Our employees value the connection, collaboration, and creativity sparked by working together in person. However, we also recognize and appreciate the freedom, flexibility, and focused work that comes with remote flexibility. This is why a hybrid schedule is a perfect balance of both. Our Louisville, CO office has a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office, two days remote).
