Self is looking for a dynamic, organized and efficient Sr. Partnerships Account Manager.  This is a new and key role in the fastest-growing segment of Self’s customer acquisition mix.  

What you will do:

  • As the Sr. Partnerships Account Manager, a successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of key partnerships (both affiliate and strategic)
  • This person will work closely with the strategy, compliance and legal teams in executing successful partner onboarding and optimization
  • Support sales in onboarding and transition of new affiliate partnerships into account management
  • Execute account management best practices for successful onboarding, retention, and growth of affiliate partnerships
  • Collaborate with Strategy team leaders to develop and deliver affiliate account management reporting (growth, opportunity pipeline, forecast, performance, results, attrition, budget, risk)
  • Collaborate and support the partnership acquisition team early in their sales cycles to offload non-sales-related tasks
  • Identify growth opportunities within the affiliate partnerships you manage for both additional placements of existing products and new opportunities for our other credit building products
  • Present, review and collaborate with affiliate partners on marketing campaigns
  • Ensure partner information and activities are logged and accounted for in company CRM

What you will bring:

  • Proven, recent, and quantifiable track record of customer service, sales, or online marketing, driving results and exceeding revenue goals
  • Possess a drive to develop relationships with existing partners, work both inter-dependently and cross-functionally to deliver what the business needs to maximize individual partnerships quickly
  • Ability to quickly develop an understanding of and become a power user with our partner program software (Impact Radius, Salesforce, Tableau and Coupa) 
  • Comfortable growing technical and reporting knowledge to maximize digital marketing results
  • Exceptional modeling and spreadsheet skills
  • Responsiveness and strong communication skills; accessibility to team and clients
  • Organizationally-oriented 
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities at once and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Base salary range: $108,000-132,000 annually.  Individual pay is based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and other job-related reasons.
