You will play a key role in
- Selling and delivering projects
- Developing the business in the US market within leadership and change
- Driving impactful change in the management consulting industry
- Training and developing consultants on and off projects
We are looking for someone with
- A strong understanding of leadership development
- A proven commercial track record of selling management consulting services in the leadership and change field
- A proven ability to drive business growth
- A US work permit
- Willingness to submit and pass a background check
