Senior Partner Enablement & Communications Analyst

Location: Bucharest, Romania

The Partner Enablement & Communications Analyst will work closely with the overall PTC Partner ecosystem and supporting teams within PTC. This position will be responsible for managing Partner enablement at global level and providing direct Partner communications. The role is also expected to not only develop and improve processes but implement and enable them across all Sales Geos. The Partner Enablement & Communications Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of PTC's Partner Network by providing the information to accelerate in the market.

PTC’s Partner Operations organization is focused on serving the operational needs of PTC’s various partner types.  The Partner Operations team is dedicated to the success of PTC’s Partner Network by ensuring our Partners and Partner ecosystem have the tools and information needed to accelerate in the market.

• Create and deliver internal and partner trainings focused on PTC processes and systems
• Collaborate with established communications team on scheduled communications
• Manage Salesforce.com notifications
• Publish informative communications to assist in ongoing processes and systems updates
• Manage document repository and updating documentation as required
• Effectively communicate and respond to regional operational teams, ensuring constant team alignment & enablement
• Lead cross-functional groups to support to support assigned initiatives
• Provide Partner & Internal support through all our internal systems
• Assist with Partner onboarding

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years professional experience in systems enablement

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• Experience with Channel Programs preferred.
• Must be a self-motivated individual who can keep pace in a fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Effective prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
