In this role, you will be the driving force behind the success of our key healthcare accounts. You will develop and execute lead generation strategies, encompassing planning, creation, building, and management of complex, multi-channel digital campaigns. You will be responsible for defining media mix projections across various channels and ensuring campaigns consistently achieve defined KPIs and objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in providing daily, weekly, and monthly campaign insights and recommendations through campaign data and reporting, guiding the team with strategic shifts and actionable advice.

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented digital marketing leader with 8+ years of proven experience, including at least 3 years specifically within the healthcare industry. You must be a self-starter, capable of taking ownership and driving results independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive paid media strategies for high-profile healthcare accounts.
  • Develop and drive lead generation strategies, including media mix projections and budget allocation across channels.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to other team members on a project or account basis, fostering their growth and development.
  • Advising/mentoring other Digital Marketing Specialists and Paid Media Managers to achieve better outcomes from your suggested optimizations
  • Oversee and provide strategic direction for other account campaigns as assigned.
  • Develop and deliver insightful daily, weekly, and monthly reports, outlining key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Leverage data visualization tools like Looker Studio to present campaign performance effectively.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization and implement data-driven adjustments.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in paid media.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Confidently present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in paid media campaign development, deployment, and analysis, with a minimum of 3 years in the healthcare industry.
  • Expert-level proficiency in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Microsoft Ads, DSPs, and other ad serving platforms
  • Understanding of the healthcare marketing landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio, with the ability to navigate the data and find answers
  • Experience in campaign data analysis and storytelling.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful lead generation strategies.
  • Experience with conversion tracking and an understanding of attribution modeling.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced,  remote agency environment.
