JR61849 Senior Organizational Effectiveness Specialist

Job Summary: As a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing the communication, execution, and sustainment of Micron’s Global Organizational Effectiveness Office portfolio of enterprise Org Effectiveness programs, processes, and systems. You will serve as a primary point of contact for the function’s portfolio and ensure projects are aligned with People Organization strategy and business priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the organizational roadmap, including projects, key priorities, and milestones, with primary focus (about 60%) supporting the People Insights function, and secondary focus (about 40%) supporting select projects of the Global Organizational Effectiveness function.
  • Report on performance status at quarterly portfolio reviews.
  • Coordinate organizational leadership activities for portfolio review, ensuring alignment with People Organization strategy and business priorities.
  • Execute change management and leadership plans at the project level.
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps and develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Integrate change management and leadership activities into the overall project plan.
  • Serve as the delegated primary point of contact responsible for the overall management, execution, and sustainment of the Global Organizational Effectiveness Office’s portfolio (enterprise-level programs and special projects)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in portfolio / program / project management
  • Understanding of change management and Agile principles and practices.
  • Communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to work with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and control projects to ensure they are implemented on schedule, within scope, and budget.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English and be able to interact with teams across multiple geographies.
  • Experience in developing and executing program / project plans, risk management plans, and change management strategies.
  • Desire to prioritize the success of the team over individual achievement.
  • Drive to continuously learn more, do more, and become more.
  • Ability to understand and effectively interact with others and improve the work environment.
  • Fosters collaborative relationships and strong partnerships.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, or a related field.
  • 8 years’ experience in relevant field in the semiconductor, technology or similar industry, with validated experience in project coordination or served in roles led by the a project management function or group.
  • Global experience in large (10K+ employee) company highly preferred.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and be an effective communicator.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is desirable.
  • Certification in Change Management (CCMP) or equivalent is desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), additional experience with SharePoint and data analysis preferred.
