Position Description:
We are looking for an Oracle SOA Developer with 4-5 years of experience and an administrative background. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining service-oriented architecture (SOA) solutions using the Oracle SOA Suite. You will be offering technical support, monitoring existing SOA composites, and designing and implementing new solutions.
This position will work collaboratively with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 aka JDE ERP functional, technical and development teams, Trading Partners, Business to deliver, manage and maintain solutions to run Global business of Trek Bicycle Corporation.
Your key duties will include:
Responsibilities:
- Developing and deploying BPEL processes, Mediator components, Oracle B2B (EDI) and other SOA composites
- Integrating various adapters such as DB, JMS, File, FTP, AQ, and MQ to enable connectivity with disparate systems
- Designing and implementing web services using SOAP and REST protocols
- Developing custom components and extensions to the Oracle SOA Suite
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues in the SOA environment
- Collaborating with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Documenting the design, development, and deployment of SOA components
- Experience in Oracle SOA Administration, including applying patches for SOA, CPU, WebLogic, Linux, and Java
- Knowledge of SQL, Linux and Java programming.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Oracle SOA Suite 12c: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite, including BPEL, Mediator, and Service Bus.
- Experience with Deployment and Version Control: Should have knowledge of Jdeveloper, Git Version control. Maven, Oracle Developer Cloud Service.
- Knowledge of XSD, XSLT, and WSDL: Expertise in designing and developing web services using SOAP and REST protocols.
- Experience with Database and Adapters: Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with various adapters such as DB, JMS, File, FTP, AQ, and MQ.
- Web Service Development: Ability to design and develop web services using SOAP and REST protocols.
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues in the SOA environment.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Education and Certification: A bachelor’s degree in computer science or MCA or equivalent.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Knowledge of Oracle database is a plus
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
