About the role  
  

We’re seeking a Senior Manager – Integrated Operations to be responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operations of the respective State network through management of a dedicated 24/7 traffic operations centre. 

You’ll join a team that is dedicated to implementing and efficiently utilizing safe operation plans and procedures for all assets. 

As our Senior Manager – Integrated Operations, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work. 

Day-to-day, you will:  

• Drive a culture focused on safe and efficient real time management of the network 

• Leading and develop a 24/7 control room staff on shift rosters 

• Management of the operation of assets to meet the requirements of the Concession Deeds 

• Actively participate in and support the development of clear and achievable long term asset technology strategies 

• Monitor and review on Incident Response performance to identify improvement opportunities 

• Management of key stakeholders including government interface and emergency services 

• Management of the Company’s risks and compliance obligations in regard to asset operations 

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:  

• Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to develop and grow employees and drive a safety focused culture 

• Previous experience running a complex operational environment with significant reliability and safety risk and a proven ability to improve and optimise operational performance 

• Highly developed communication skills able to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders 

• HSE, risk and compliance management experience
