The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a senior operations Intelligence Analyst to work in a customer facility at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. This position requires a Highly Qualified Expert (HQE) to provide full-spectrum operational intelligence analysis, targeting, sensitive mission planning, and the development of intelligence portions of operational Concepts of Operations (CONOPs).
This position requires expertise using multi-discipline intelligence tools and databases associated with HUMINT targeting and social networking analysis. Applicants for this Senior Operations Intelligence Analyst role will be expected to operate in a high tempo, operations-integrated environment with limited oversight and therefore shall be able to independently provide high quality finished products.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and collaborate with requirement originators from other services, components, DoD, and national-level intelligence agencies to employ senior targeting skills by targeting networks, individuals within networks, and identify vulnerabilities for exploitation.
- Works directly with team members within the Special Operations enterprise to research, evaluate, analyze, fuse, and interpret reporting from multiple sources, in particular human sources.
Basic Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree and 10 + years of Intelligence Analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with 5 years being at the operational level.
- Acute knowledge of Special Operations typically obtained through military training and operational experience.
- Advanced writing and communication skills and experience producing written intelligence analysis and briefings with little oversight.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency using current analytic tools, databases and Intelligence and operational systems is required.
- Must have a current Top Secret SCI security clearance.
- Must be capable of working as a member of a highly skilled team to accomplish time sensitive, critical tasks.
- Must be capable of receiving, analyzing, and interpreting general guidance and direction from program leadership to act independently to changing situations

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
