As a (Senior) Paid Social Manager, you will be at the heart of AutoScout24’s paid social strategy, conquering the full marketing funnel in Europe, unlocking the full potential of Social First video ads. Our approach combines creative branding with measurable performance—a Brandformance strategy—ensuring that all initiatives deliver both emotional impact and data-driven results. In your role you will report to the Team Lead Social and will be part of the growing Brand team.
What You’ll Do
- Take Ownership: Be in the driver’s seat for international brand and performance campaigns on Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
- Build strategy: Play an integral role in planning strategic vision for Paid Social campaigns within the Brand team.
- Ensure creative excellence: Optimize Video Ads to meet Branding and Performance best practices, establish an international Creative production process for video ads.
- Be hands-on: Manage & optimize international social campaigns with large budgets.
- Measure success: Monitor and report on campaign and ad performance, execute deep dives to deduct action points.
- Test & learn: Define, implement and evaluate A/B tests, Brand Lift Studies and Conversion Lift Studies.
- Foster Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Brand Experts, Performance Marketeers, Influencer Agencies, Data Analysts and Country Units.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: +3 years in Paid Social, ideally with a focus on Branding / Brandformance and Performance.
- Expertise: You know how to be successful on TikTok & Co. as a Brand, leveraging IGC, UGC and Creator Cooperations.
- Strategic Thinking: You understand how Online Marketing can drive long-germ growth for digital brands; you are ambitious to bring our Paid campaigns to the next level.
- Creative Vision: You are an expert in social video formats and trends; you can guide creative partners to deliver impactful social assets.
- Team Player: You enjoy working hands-on, have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: You have experience with running AB-tests and Brand Lift Studies; you are familiar with key metrics such as CpCV, ROAS, CPM, CTR, CPC.
- Language: Fluent in English.
These Skills are a Plus:
- Experience in Social Performance Campaigns, both on Apps and on Web
- E-Commerce experience
- Knowledge in Feed Management Tools such as ProductsUp and MMPs such as Adjust
- Knowledge in Tracking (CAPI, sGTM, Events Manager etc.)
- Proficieny in another European language
