About this Opportunity:
As a Senior Onboarding and Transition Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the transitioning of new Wealth Advisory relationships to ensure a smooth experience for the advisors and clients. In addition, the role works closely and supports the entire Wealth Advisory team including the Business Development Associates, Portfolio Consultants, Senior Portfolio Managers, the Associate Head of Wealth Advisory and Head of Wealth Advisory. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.
For External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE.

In this role, you'll get to:

Serve as a decision maker for exceptions and unique requests while assessing the risk to the firm of accommodating such requests and what value it will add to the relationship versus the potential risk

Own the relationship between operations and the Wealth Advisory team to develop a strong working relationship of collaboration and teamwork

Serve as a relationship manager for Wealth Advisory households that have completed the onboarding process while handling all operational and service matters

Evaluate process improvement opportunities and ways to enhance the onboarding experience

Work closely with the Wealth Advisory team to create a seamless experience for our advisors and clients while addressing special circumstances and requests

Deliver concierge service by serving as the point of contact to transition new high net worth relationships to Wealth Advisory

Perform quality assurance measures and testing for the Wealth Advisory Team

Coordinate paperwork with Business Development Associate, Investment Strategist, Operations, and the advisor’s team

Build relationships with Advisors to help to elevate their client’s experience in working with Wealth Advisory

Manage multiple tasks/priorities and while maintaining strict deadlines

Serve as a mentor by promoting our Service Vision and Principles to internal team

Conduct ad hoc projects as needed
We're looking for talent who:

Has a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent and preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related major

Obtain Orion Industry Certification

Has minimum of 5 years of industry experience and relationship management

Preferably has experience with Salesforce
-
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:
$56,046.00 - $82,313.00
The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
