The Role & What You Will Be Doing

The Senior Omnichannel Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for shaping and executing omnichannel strategies for key customer groups while ensuring seamless digital execution for right-to-win Therapeutic Areas. This role is pivotal in enabling and enhancing the local omnichannel landscape in collaboration with the Business Analytics Team. As a key partner to internal stakeholders, you will drive channel enablement and digital transformation efforts.

  • Develop and implement customer-centric omnichannel strategies to drive engagement and business impact

  • Extract, analyze, and translate customer engagement data into actionable strategies

  • Collaborate with the Business Analytics Team to identify emerging customer trends and refine omnichannel approaches

  • Create pure digital customer journeys for defined customer groups

  • Ensure regular and sufficient digital touchpoints according to customer insights

  • Create a successful Content Strategy by localizing global content or levering Brand Teams’ input

  • Measure the success of pure digital promotion by both customer engagement KPIs and Business Impact

  • Act as the primary liaison for omnichannel innovation within Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Global/Regional Teams

  • Ensure cross-functional alignment on key digital and omnichannel initiatives

  • Identify, pilot, and scale new digital engagement channels that enhance customer experience

  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and data-driven decision-making

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Marketing or in a related area

  • At least 3 years of experience within Digital Marketing

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing and/or in Project Management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other colleagues

  • Eager to learn digital tools and approaches

  • Fluent in German and English, French knowledge is an advantage
