Come help Fox Robotics make robots that work, and enable end-to-end warehouse automation.
The Role
The Senior Office Manager at Fox Robotics will oversee office operations, manage vendor relationships, support recruiting activities, coordinate meetings, and assist leadership with calendar management. The role aims to create a productive and vibrant in-office experience for employees while managing team events and onboarding new staff.
Summary Generated by Built In

Fox Robotics is at the bleeding edge of warehouse automation, with a focus on autonomous forklifts. As the leader in this space, Fox has clear product market fit and is scaling fast. With this growth, employees have a once-in-a-career opportunity to learn, all while working as part of a mission-driven team focused on making robots that work.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage In-Office Experience: Create a productive space where everyone has a sense of belonging. This includes managing and optimizing office operations (e.g., restocking snacks and office supplies, ensuring the workplace is comfortable and expectations are clear, ensuring the space aligns with our culture, etc.). Develop and manage dynamic office budgets and update as context changes. Manage vendor relationships.
  • Team Events / Swag: Organize and manage team events including our annual holiday party, happy hours, in-office events / games (we love Cornhole!), and more! Use your creativity to design the best swag for our team.
  • HR Operations: Support our HR team by helping with payroll, HR compliance, benefits/rewards programs, onboarding and other additional HR related tasks.
  • Recruiting Operations: Support our recruiting team by scheduling onsite interviews, escorting candidates onsite, and providing an amazing candidate experience overall
  • Employee Onboarding: Manage onboarding new employees, including pre-day 1 communications, Day 1 overview, and more
  • Coordinate Critical Meetings: Be accountable for the successful execution of critical meetings, including leadership team meetings, monthly All Hands, customer visits leadership team offsites, quarterly board meetings, and more
  • Executive Assistant to Leadership: Support calendar management / coordination

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR, office management, or a combined operations role within a fast-paced, dynamic organization
  • A+ judgment and prioritization skills. There is always a ton going on; you’ll need to quickly evaluate (and re-evaluate) what are the highest priority activities
  • High EQ - an ability to gain trust with employees so you’re the first to hear any escalations and can manage employee experience proactively

Nice to have:

  • Design skills! It would be great to make our meeting content, swag, and other artifacts pop!

Benefits and perks:

  • A once in a career opportunity to build, alongside colleagues who deeply care (plus robots that aren’t bad, either!)
  • Competitive salary and stock options
  • Generous healthcare options
  • 401k match
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Other perks that connect us, including lunch on Fridays, team building activities, and more!
