Job Title/High Level Position Summary:

This role represents an opportunity to shape the future of a growing global supply chain planning department. The Senior Network Planner is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's supply chain network by developing strategic plans to ensure optimal product flow, inventory levels, and distribution efficiency. This role involves analyzing complex data and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Logistics, and Procurement to enhance the overall performance of the supply chain. The position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, improving service levels, and achieving cost-effective solutions, while balancing capacity and demand across the network. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated background in analytics programs and ERP systems (Kinaxis, Anaplan, SAP, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels across the network to optimize and ensure service levels and availability. Analyze inventory positioning to avoid stock-outs or overstock situation, collaborating with teams to adjust as necessary.
  • Risk Management: Analyze potential risks and disruptions to the network, such as demand variability, supply shortages, or logistics challenges. Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and customer service.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to align network planning strategies with broader company objectives.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members, supporting their development in network planning and supply chain best practices. Also, will lead an entire business unit, coordinating efforts across multiple functions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Excellence in data analytics to drive network decisions, and generate regular reports on network performance, projections and key metrics.
  • Network Optimization: continuously assess and improve network design to enhance service levels and improve inventory efficiency.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, or a similar functioning role
  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Planner, with expertise in Supply Planning/Master Scheduling or Network Planning.
  • Experience with advanced supply chain planning tools such as Kinaxis, SAP, or equivalent systems.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools such as Excel and PowerBI, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, lookup, and scenario analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Required to be in office 3 days week in the Enovis Lewisville headquarters.

  • 10%

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex supply chain challenges and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Proactive and a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direction
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects within a supply chain context.
  • Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management), or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)
