What will you do in this role?
• Design and engineer state-of-the-art network solutions that power mission-critical operations.
• Create detailed network architecture diagrams, offering efficient solutions to meet business and operational needs.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of network design, testing, and integration, ensuring top-tier performance and security.
• Be the go-to expert, providing valuable insights on network technologies and best practices, assisting operations team when issues are escalated.
• Lead technical briefings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex, high-impact challenges.
• Ensure seamless integration and interoperability of network systems, while identifying and implementing process improvements.
Qualifications You’ll Need to Succeed:
• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years’, master’s degree and 3+ years’, Associate Degree and 9+ years’ experience, OR Highschool Diploma/GED with 10+ years’ relevant experience.
• Your experience should include at least 5 years of hands-on background with network design, architecture, and implementation (not just maintenance or troubleshooting).
• Possess a deep understanding of enterprise routing, switching, firewall, datacenter design and implementation.
• Current TS/SCI clearance
• Current Security+ and CCNA or CCNP certifications.
• Current U.S. Passport and ability to travel occasionally (10-20%) in support of the mission.
• Ability to handle IT hardware, including lifting up to 45lbs, reaching, and bending.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, to include foreign partners, as well as guide technical teams to complete projects end-to-end.
• Prior background with key technologies Cisco IOS-XE/NXOS/ASA/FTD, ISE 802.1X, BGP/OSPF/EIGRP/IPSEC-GRE/VXLAN-EVPN.
• Expertise collaborating in DoD network architectures and strategic planning.

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
