In this role, you will be expected to:

• Revamp Financial Workflows: Develop and optimize financial workflows using NetSuite to enhance accuracy and efficiency for our finance teams of all our business units.
• Innovate Integrations: Design, develop, and enhance integrations with external systems such as our lab testing module, our payment service provider, or our order management apps, leveraging your expertise to create lean and efficient workflows that extend the capabilities of NetSuite.
• Participate in Solutions Design: Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to contribute your innovative ideas for designing elegant solutions using the latest NetSuite and SuiteScript technologies, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Create Custom Scripts: Develop and maintain custom NetSuite scripts for seamless operations and peak performance of a growing company.
• Solve Unique Challenges: Apply your creativity to tackle the daily challenges of supporting new services of testing, inspection and certification across the world: for new services, new configuration of invoices, more efficient reporting and even more.
• Streamline Processes: Eliminate redundancies and streamline processes to boost productivity and align with strategic company goals to collect payments more efficiently.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related subject, providing you with a strong foundation for success in this role.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite software, on financial modules implementation and scripting, making you a valuable asset to our organization.
• A working knowledge of accounting processes and terminologies, enabling you to navigate complex financial challenges with ease. Experience focusing on Accounts Receivable is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English skills, ensuring effective communication and collaboration in our international work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A familiarity with the finance structure of multinational subsidiaries, giving you a deeper understanding of our operations and allowing you to contribute valuable insights.
• Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, enabling you to tackle complex issues and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• An energetic, responsible, organized, and self-motivated approach to work, thriving in a fast-paced environment and capable of excelling with minimal supervision.
