We are looking for a Senior Motion Planning and Control Engineer to design, develop, and optimize advanced robotic manipulation, navigation, and behavior planning solutions. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology with immediate real-world applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop advanced algorithms for navigation, manipulation, and real-time optimization.
  • Design and fine-tune low-level control algorithms for precise robotic control.
  • Adopt and implement new concepts and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with hardware, AI, and product teams for seamless system integration.
  • Deliver high-quality, reliable software for deployment in dynamic environments.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Robotics, Control, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong expertise in robot kinematics, dynamics, compliance control, optimization, and state estimation.
  • Solid knowledge of path planning, trajectory optimization, and behavior planning.
  • Proficiency in modern C++ and algorithm design.
  • Must be on-site with no remote work option.

Preferred Skills:

  • PhD in Robotics, Control, Computer Science, AI, or related field.
  • Published work in AI robotics solutions.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning and deep learning for motion planning.
  • Experience with actuators, sensors, and low-level control systems.
  • Proven ability to deploy real-time control systems in dynamic environments.
