STV is currently searching for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join our PM/CM Group out of our Boston Office.

 

The Senior Project Manager may serve as a lead on multiple projects and be responsible for the oversight of the design and construction of facilities, related to mechanical systems across a variety of markets including Healthcare, Education, Municipal, Industrial, Federal and Science and Technology industries.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • This position includes a combination of engineering oversight and project management duties.
  • This individual manages and coordinates MEP activities and technical resources throughout the project delivery process
  • Coordinates project delivery based on scope, complexity, and operational requirements.
  • Oversees the quality, accuracy, and completeness of planning, environmental compliance, engineering, design, construction and compliance with established standards, procedures, codes, and ordinances
  • Plans and develops schedules to ensure the proper and effective distribution of assignments and manpower
  • Takes an active role in overseeing work that is being completed in the field 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 15 years in the design and construction of engineering systems for large complex buildings.
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience using energy modeling software is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is preferred.
  • Accreditation in LEED, Green Globe, or ASHRAE High Performance Buildings is preferred.

Compensation Range:

$154,221.56 - $205,628.74
