WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Packaging design preparation using CAD programs for aerospace products
- Creation/review of engineering specifications, case studies, verification and validation plan and test reports
- CAD model creation of electronic packaging designs
- Assembly drawing and Piece Part drawing creation
- Tolerance stack-up analysis
- Creating bill of materials (BOM) for designed components and top levels
- Thermal and Vibration analysis and tests
- Supporting of engineering standard work (Product Life Cycle process, Engineering Change process, etc.)
- Performing detailed analysis to evaluate risk reduction, cost, complexity of design and test problems
- Troubleshooting design problems and determining solutions
WHAT WILL YOU NEED:
- Bachelor / Master engineering degree in mechanics, mechatronics or related
- 4 years+ of proven experience in the related industry
- Proven experience in 3D design and 2D drafting with Creo Parametric or other (Solid Edge, CATIA, Siemens NX)
- Knowledge of GD&T standard
- Knowledge of electronics packaging technologies; basic knowledge of electronics design
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, as well as shop floor standards and their impact on design
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good English and Polish languages skills; able to explain technical topics
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to operate in the international project team
- Basic use and understanding of FMEA tools
- Experience in design and development of Safety Critical applications will be appreciated
