Senior Marketing Specialist

Maker Lab supports clients across technology, entertainment, financial services and the payments industry. We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing clients in the Technology industry.

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to spearhead our growth initiatives. You will be instrumental in driving substantial lead generation, revenue growth, and brand dominance targeting the Southeast Asia market, with a concentrated 50% focus on Indonesia. You will lead the planning and implementation of high-impact demand generation campaigns, orchestrate compelling field marketing events (both online and offline), and design innovative developer marketing programs to acquire new customers, cultivate deep engagement, and fuel significant revenue growth.

Your mission: to elevate brand awareness, drive new business acquisition, accelerate product adoption, and ensure unwavering customer success through comprehensive, integrated go-to-market programs.

Role: 

  • Conceptualise and execute integrated demand generation campaigns aligned with regional business goals and the buyer journey, utilising multi-channel tactics like email marketing, content syndication, social media, webinars, digital advertising, etc.
  • Collaborate with campaign teams and external vendors to develop compelling assets (case studies, videos, blog posts, infographics) tailored to the targeted market and different stages of the buyer journey. Adapt global marketing content and campaigns to ensure relevance and cultural sensitivity for the target market.
  • Design and implement lead nurturing workflows to educate prospects, drive engagement, and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Develop and execute field marketing plans encompassing both online and in-person initiatives (conferences, trade shows, webinars, hands-on workshops, hackathons). This includes logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and onsite lead generation activities.
  • Measure the impact of marketing programs, track lead generation and pipeline contribution, and provide data-driven insights to optimise future efforts.
  • Analyse local market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimise marketing efforts.

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of field marketing and demand generation experience focused on the Indonesian & Southeast Asia market, with excellent project management and execution skills.
  • Proven track record planning and executing successful field marketing events and demand generation programs.
  • Good knowledge of the technology landscape and working experience in B2B business.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia language to cover projects across APAC.
