Job Description:
General Function / Summary:
The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for (or accountable for) managing relationships with lead vendors, and driving new customer acquisition within our lead purchase channels. A strong analytical mindset, appetite to drive consistent improvements, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally is paramount.
Essential Duties:
- Manage new customer acquisition across multiple lead campaigns.
- Work with internal analytics team on analysis & reporting to optimize campaigns and funnel performance.
- Maintain existing lead vendor relationships to drive execution, as well as holding vendors accountable for maintaining target KPIs.
- Create, manage, test, and analyze various tests utilizing A/B, multivariate, user, and usability testing methodologies.
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally with the team (legal/compliance, analytics, project management, finance, credit risk) in exploring new initiatives to engage in research and drive improvements within channel.
- Use a data-driven approach to communicate results and “tell a story” and bring others in alignment.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or business-related fields
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, focus in user acquisition and consumer lending, or a similar highly-regulated industry
- Advanced Excel, data visualization (eg. Tableau)
- Experience in SQL/Snowflake or PHP is a strong plus

The anticipated salary range of this role is 90-100K with annual bonus opportunity of 20%.
