Some of the key responsibilities will be:

Define Brand Strategy of the coming 5 years based on Portfolio Priority.

Studying Category dynamics, Competition actions and thus proposing Brand Growth priorities.

Propose Activation Plan to reach the Brand Strategy.

Management of the implementation of Marketing Plans and of the execution of the Activation Plans in an effective and efficient way during the year. Monitoring KPI’s and results in market on a continuous basis. Proposing upscaling or changes where the case. Include Digital Activities where appropriate.

Search new local opportunities (NPI) for Gx portfolio in order to develop the Gx pipeline and guarantee new launches plan from a Marketing perspective (i.e.: analysis).

Manage New Product Develop (NPD) planning and existing portfolios in terms of budget and forecasting.

Active collaboration with external partners to develop strategic approach and synergic activities in case of local opportunities.

Work closely with Medical Affairs/ Regulatory / Training to generate promotional materials.

Cooperate with Sales Force to implement, expand and execute the business strategy.

Cooperate closely with Finance for P&L management and accurate management of OPEX.

Ensure marketing activities are aligned with corporate compliance, brand guidelines and applicable laws and regulations.

Analyze market trends and market research inputs (performance, market, literature).

Manage where possible all Creative Development and content with our internal CoE India.

Collaborate in synergy with Head of Marketing with Paid Media agency where ATL investments.

Support the development operational marketing activities (forecasts, budget planning, resources’ allocation, sales promotion programs).

Support the planning of products communication to customers.

Oversee S&OP process for assigned portfolio.

Oversee Omnichannel activities from Marketing perspectives (content creation)

Manage, develop and motivate employees, in compliance with human resource development plan.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
-
Master's degree in the Marketing field preferred.
-
7+ years of working experience within Marketing & Sales Dynamics, 5 of which within the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).

Must possess analytics skills, quality & accuracy, curiosity, decision making, speed and autonomy in working.

Proven success in people management and capability to improve development plan on employees.
-
Management of complexity and ability to give the right priority. High openness and competences in Stakeholder Management. Commercial sensitivity. Out of the box thinking.

Must possess Microsoft office Tools skills, Financial Planning and Strategy, Competitive Analysis. Understanding the Customer & Product development. High level of commercial evaluation skills.

Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
