The Senior Marketing Manager, Simple Credit sits in the Consumer Marketing team, reporting directly to the Chapter Lead, Consumer Finance Marketing for the Consumer Finance portfolio.

Build the marketing strategy for your crew, Simple Credit, to deliver on business and customer goals, with a focus on customer acquisition and engagement.

Generate and leverage customer insights to identify core strategic customer challenges/opportunities/pain points to help shape the development of relevant and simple Customer Value Propositions.

Be customer-obsessed in partnering across product portfolios to integrate customer strategies and initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver go-to-market plans and continuously test and iterate to achieve customer outcomes.

Lead holistic reporting by product line, including results on business objectives, key learnings and next steps.
We want to hear from you if this sounds like you:

Deep knowledge and experience in credit cards, BNPL, personal loans and/or financial services as a marketer or product owner.

Highly strategic with experience in designing go-to-market strategies that are simple, cohesive, and exhibit the most optimal channel media mix to deliver desired business outcomes.

Insight driven with ability to use data to tell stories, influence decision-making, and develop marketing initiatives, all while connecting activity to business opportunities/challenges.

Strong stakeholder management skills with all elements of the value chain including product / data and analytics / digital etc.

Strong business acumen and understanding of ROI/ROMI and campaign metrics

Creative thinker with problem-solving/growth mindset

Strong people leader experience, as this role will coach and mentor 2 Marketing Managers

8 years + experience in consumer finance marketing preferred.
