About the role
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive eCommerce growth for the European Crunchyroll Store on a contract basis. Reporting to our Senior Director of Marketing, you'll promote new customer acquisition and retention through strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns aligned with our global eCommerce goals.
- You will develop and execute eCommerce strategies to establish Crunchyroll Store in important EU markets, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- You will oversee marketing efforts to increase revenue, including paid digital marketing, CRM, social media, PR, and affiliate marketing.
- You will align the EU Crunchyroll Store with global eCommerce goals and local merchandising strategies.
- You will manage creative workflows for EU campaigns, collaborating with the U.S. marketing team, global centers of excellence, and regional partners.
- You will ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- You will report campaign performance to the Senior Marketing Director and senior leadership contributing insights to the weekly eCommerce report.
- You will build strong relationships with all Crunchyroll partners.
This contract-only position is based in our San Francisco office, and offers a hybrid work schedule.
About You

- 8+ years of eCommerce marketing experience, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- You have proven success in creating and executing full-funnel marketing strategies.
- You have experience leading internal teams and working with external partners.
- You are knowledgeable about changing eCommerce trends and customer behavior.
- You have strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- You have excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and partners.
- You are experienced in developing marketing plans across important channels like affiliate, CRM, social media, events, paid acquisition, and loyalty programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

About the Team
The eCommerce Marketing team nestles within our Growth & Paid Media team, which comprises eCommerce, Games Marketing, and Paid User Acquisition teams. The team accelerates growth of our eCommerce business through development of strategic and innovative marketing plans, designed to maximize sales in a cost-effective way. This team is highly collaborative, working with multiple team members to ensure success in competitive and fast-growing markets. The Crunchyroll Store is dedicated to serving anime fans by offering the best selection of anime & manga merchandise, seamless UX, and outstanding customer service.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
