We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven campaign manager to join us at MetLife.
As a campaign manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, monitoring and optimising marketing campaigns to promote products, services and initiatives. You will own the campaign management end-to-end, developing strategies and tactics to drive brand awareness, generate leads, enhance customer engagement and support business goals. This will include drawing insight from market research, target audience segmentation determination, content development across all channels including marketing collateral, advertisements, social media, email and landing pages, execution and performance. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop market leading campaigns that drive success.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences and budgets.
  • Creating content across all channels including marketing collateral, advertisements, social media, email and landing pages.
  • Analysing customer insights to identify target audience, segments, preferences and behaviours.
  • Building email, SMS and social automated journeys.
  • Tracking campaign performance, analysing data and implementing changes for campaign optimisation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create compelling marketing collateral that aligns with the brand's tone and positioning.
  • Managing relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Acting as a brand guardian, maintaining brand image, tone of voice and brand aesthetics.
  • Leveraging digital marketing channels to maximise campaign reach and engagement.
  • Experimenting with the use of AI tools to create engaging content.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.


Required skills and qualifications

  • A degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field.
  • A proven experience in campaign management and marketing with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.
  • 2 years minimum as a campaign manager, marketing manager or similar role.
  • Successful track record managing integrated marketing campaigns across all marketing channels.
  • Deep knowledge and experience of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, email/SMS marketing software and AI.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing principles and campaign development.
  • Experience analysing campaign data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to optimise campaign performance.
  • Excellent copy writing, and content development skills with experience in the relevant software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for campaign execution and lead management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns that stand out in market.


Preferred skills and qualifications

  • A master's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
  • Experience in BTB and or Superannuation and Insurance Industries.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing or campaign management.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, PPC, SMM and other strategies.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and marketing compliance regulations.
