Role Overview

As a Senior Manager you will lead company-wide efforts to build user training for a wide spectrum of Anduril products. In particular, your team is responsible for the creation, management, and delivery of world-class, technical training instruction. The training products created by this team will enable an understanding of Anduril products for Test and Evaluation team members with awareness of imminent customer adoption. A successful Senior Manager will thrive in cross-functional environments proactively leading and communicating across internal teams will help you drive the end-to-end customer experience. What You’ll Do

  • Manage Anduril’s training team and orchestrate delivery of training on Anduril products
    • Build repeatable systems and processes to partner with product teams and build training curriculum
    • Manage a team of trainers who lead classroom presentations and hands-on instruction at customer locations and Anduril test sites. Your team educates end users from military, government agency, and commercial backgrounds on the full breadth of Anduril’s hardware and software offerings
  • Create, shape, and manage training collateral for our product capabilities and technology
    • Design training curriculums across a variety of platforms intent on minimizing powerpoint presentations and increasing hands-on practical application with interactive virtual training and simulations
    • Establish a process to keep training curricula current and applicable with the pace of innovation.
    • Create and exercises a rapid prototyping process for training materials.
  • Collaborate across nearly every Anduril team
    • Work across a wide range of Anduril teams, including product development, engineering, design, and operations to capture product updates and support training of end users
  • Serve as the voice of our customers
    • Build a bridge between end users and engineers to maximize knowledge retention in rapid knowledge transfer.
    • Capture feedback, identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience training and training management with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering technical training. You have designed and created technical curricula and materials such as user manuals, SOPs, etc., and delivered them to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ownership mentality with strong initiative in managing your own work, and possibly that of others. You should have a natural bias to assume responsibility.
  • Expertise in explaining technical terminology and solutions to a non-technical audience is a plus.
  • Strong preference for someone who has managed training POIs and major training events for military or Special Operations Forces, and those in their post-military career.
  • Experience with content authoring and content management tools. SCORM logic and packaging a big plus.
  • Experience with interactive virtual training logic and design.
  • Adaptive, creative communication style that fits a variety of audiences and works across a variety of mediums.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional environments and influence others with no hierarchical relationship
  • Enthusiastic about transforming US and allied military capabilities with advanced technology

US Salary Range

$140,000$200,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
