The Talent Fulfillment Senior Manager leads the Talent Fulfillment team in their mission to drive school and student pipeline growth for Clasp Talent. As a specialized subdivision of the Marketing team, this role collaborates closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing to align on student and school marketing strategies. The Senior Manager collaborates extensively with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and leverages analytical insights to refine strategies that drive growth in student and school pipelines.

What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the Talent Fulfillment team, ensuring alignment with Clasp’s talent fulfillment strategy.
- Partner with the Sr. Director of Marketing to execute campaigns and optimize recruitment approaches based on market trends.
- Oversee the management and continuous improvement of Talent Fulfillment dashboards, ensuring accurate tracking of pipeline growth, campaign performance, and partner engagement.
- Analyze pipeline data and generate actionable insights to inform school and student growth strategies, adjusting approaches to optimize outcomes and meet business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including social media influencers, campus ambassadors, and other association partners.
- Collaborate on the management of Clasp Talent’s social media marketing campaigns and manage community & social engagement to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Provide account partnership to Clasp Talent’s Partner Success and Implementation teams to align employer needs with recruitment efforts.
- Project manage the development of all marketing collateral and content for the Talent Fulfillment team.
- Serve as a thought partner to the Sales team to develop ad hoc recruitment strategies for employer partners.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, talent fulfillment, recruitment marketing, or a related field, with management or team lead experience.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and leverage insights to refine and optimize growth strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver persuasive messaging.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, applicant tracking software, and email marketing platforms.
- Social media acumen.
- Proven experience working with quotas and driving engagement.
- Analytical mindset with a bias for impact and delivery, using data to inform decisions.
- Experience in managing external partnerships and executing multi-channel growth strategies
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing business needs and shifting priorities.
