Senior Manager - SFMC Experience
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Driving ECPs / Consumers engagement through Marketing Automations channels: email, messengers, SMS, personalized content
- Utilizing behavioral data by building customer triggered journeys to support global business objectives
- Working closely with global brand managers to build customer journeys
- Working closely with markets to understand their business objectives and propose solutions which could be used globally
- Coordinating global CRM blueprints localizations
- Creating global blueprints in Marketing Automation tool
- Managing relations with global stakeholders
- Initiating projects to collect ECPs/Consumers contact data through channels: www, landing pages, social media, offline to online
- Initiating projects to enhance Alcon knowledge about ECPs and consumers through available solutions (online forms, email communication, behavioral data, web data)
- Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Min. 3 years of experience as a Manager in digital marketing, marketing automation (overall 10 years of experience),
- Experience in building global marketing automation blueprints,
- Advance knowledge and experience in MA tool: one of those: SFMC, SAP Emarsys or Oracle Eloqua,
- Knowledge about consent management area: GDPR, CCPA,
- Fluent English,
- Basic knowledge of SCRUM management framework.
