Lead IAF Aftermarket organization for LATAM. Drive revenue growth and define priorities for the sales team within the region.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive Aftermarket and Service revenue growth across LATAM.
- Develop sales channels and markets for IAF products including resale and MRO.
- Implement Best Practices with sales processes leveraging CRM.
- Collaborate with Operations to improve the Customer Buying Experience.
- Partner with First-Fit Sales organization to deliver a coordinated Customer approach
- Develop will fit development and support product development team.
- Model Donaldson Leadership and work to develop talent pipeline.
Minimum Qualifications
- Management experience.
- 3-5 years of Sales or Commercial experience
- Spanish and English language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Skills including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, BI, CRM
- Strong Communication skills and presentation skills
