Overview:
As the Senior Manager, Sales Compensation at Mitel, you will play a critical role in designing, managing, and optimizing the company’s sales incentive plans to drive performance and support business growth. You will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and will have a team of commission analysts report into you. You will collaborate with global sales leadership, HR, finance, and business operations to ensure that incentive structures are strategically aligned with Mitel’s objectives. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of sales compensation practices, and the ability to create programs that motivate and reward high-performing sales teams.
Responsibilities:

Lead the creation and continuous improvement of sales incentive programs that align with Mitel’s global sales objectives

Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of incentive plans and their impact on sales performance and business outcomes

Partner with Mitel’s sales leadership to understand business needs, sales strategies, and challenges

Develop and deliver clear, engaging communication around incentive programs to ensure full understanding and alignment among sales teams

Ensure that all sales incentive plans comply with Mitel’s internal policies, local regulations, and industry best practices

Continuously explore opportunities for improving the efficiency, transparency, and user experience of sales incentive processes through automation, tools, and technology
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

7+ years of experience in sales compensation, incentive plan design, or related fields, preferably within a technology or SaaS company.

Strong expertise in the design and administration of sales incentive programs and compensation strategies.

Proficiency in using data analytics tools, MS Excel, and compensation management software.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Knowledge of legal and compliance aspects related to compensation planning.
